Android Market is gone...

So yesterday I was checking my emails, and my phone did a force restart... I thought it was odd, and when it came back up- my android market was missing. Not just the shortcut- it is removed from my app list and from my drawer... I have tried everything I can think of- app market apk, factory reset multiple times... no luck. Any ideas?

Phone is currently not rooted (and extremely stock).

Well... I just solved it the easiest way I know how... Insurance!
