Android market online does not see phone or apps.

Is anyone having an issue with their phone not being recognized with googles online market via the web? It does not show my phone, nor my apps. Login via:

This is what I did. I forced stoped the market app then cleared the cache and data and resterted the app. This worked for me hopefully it will for you.

This happened to me too. I cleared the data and cache of Market and it still didn't show my apps. What I figured out is once I download something new from the Market (pick something free if you want to), it linked to the phone and pulled in all my apps that were installed.
