Android Market Question

I had to do a factory default reset to my D2 , when I went to Android Market to redownload all my apps one of the apps I had purchased was no longer on the market anywhere.

Is there any way for me to get my money back. I'm assuming it was one of those apps Android Market dropped for some reason.
