Android OPS is at 70+ percent

my android ops system is eating my batery like joey chestnut eats hot dogs my phone was fully charged an hour ago now its down to 40 I've notice the adroid ops has been dominating my batery lately someone help me

well it depends on how much you have used it. if you were doing internet based stuff battery life should go down that much.

Can someone explain what these status stand for? Plus how to adjust D2G when bettery is being threathened with a lot of ..none-used utility?
I don't konw that for sure.
