android.process.media errors

I get this message every time I attempt to use the Gallery application: "The process android.process.media has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again".

I have rebooted several times but the problem persists. I am unable to access my media gallery unless I use a file explorer which is a workaround that I can do without.

I have uninstalled all home screen applications.

Does anyone else have a similar problem?

Default theme - no home apps.

Does not work. Same errors.
