I have/had the 2 Angry Birds game on my X. Tried updating the Season version and it just won't update. Tried anything I could think of including pulling the battery. Finally thought I'd just delete both of them and redownload. Now neither one will download nor can I restore either one from backup. All other programs work and update as they should. When trying to update the Season version I kept getting an error 18 which didn't mean much. Even from backup it asks if I want to install them and then after answering yes, it goes through the motions but says it didn't install. Gives no reason. Any ideas?

Have you tried pulling your flash card then install then reinsert your card, this is the only way I got it to even install in the first place

See if it's installed to your sd card. If it is move it to the phone and retry. Mine has done that a couple times.

It was and I moved it but still no update. After deleting from the X completely I tried a fresh install but would not install either angry bird games. Dialog took other posters advice and pulled the SD card. It then installed to the phone, then transferee to the card. For some reason it must be a poor program that leaves crap behind affecting a reinstall.

yep same here have been having this problem for a few weeks now. kind of just gave up on it.

wow unmounted sd card. and it worked. so strange
