We've got a test build of the Complete Root Toolkit ready for a few testers. It's designed for someone to start with no drivers and not even an extraction utility and be able with very basic instruction to install the tools and root their phone. The tools Include:

and they are all in a self extracting package so you don't need an extraction utility to get it open. We're looking primarily for people that know how to root and need to root a phone to uninstall their drivers and extraction utility and DL the toolkit and use it and give us feedback so we can write the flowchart and start distributing it to people who want to do their first root.
