Another issue

My launcher is force closing like crazy but I have no idea what is causing it. i am running 12.31. Can I reinstall 12.31 over it and it'll fix it without wiping?

The fc are probably because of not wiping. Try wiping and starting from scratch

Did you restore system data with titanium?
