Thank you for the warm welcome! First things first -- I have a husband... Droids are for girls (and grown women) too, ya know! :) :p

I have a LOT to learn about using this, er, phone. I've taught myself most of the basics as I need to use them, and downloaded a few of highly-rated apps (Google Sky Map, Andoku, Amazon, Barcode Scanner, Shazam).

But there's still lots I don't know or understand, and I need to start reading... something, anything! I found this forum while searching for how to find a PDF file I downloaded from the web onto the phone. I really didn't mean to download it... I touched a link on a web site, and after a while the phone told me it successfully downloaded the document. But, now I can't find it on the phone!

Also, I (for some reason) unmounted the SD card. Then, yesterday I tried to take a picture and the phone told me the SD card was unmounted, but I couldn't figure out how to mount it again. Finally, I powered off and back on, and the SD card was mounted, and I could take a picture. Happy ending, but it reminded me how much I need to learn about the Droid ----- it's not just a phone, but more like a tiny computer.

Thanks again! I'm ready to get Droiding! :icon_ banana:
