First thing....yes i searched but either I am not reading it right or something is up.....the issue....I am new to my droid (24 hrs hit just now) I used to have a standard text ring and then a diff one for Contact 1 and a different one from those two for Contact 2. I see that when you have a Contact open you can hit the menu button then go to options to change their notification sound. Which i do. Yet when that certain contact texts me, i get the same default sound. Can anyone help with this???

I think the notifications your talking about that are for a specific contact, are only for phone calls.....not texts
is there a way to do that for texts?? I get so many texts from different people (some I dont answer right away lol) so one default sound will def make this a lil bit of a pain in the arse lol
