Answering Calls

OK, I've looked in the .pdf manual but can't find the answer. When you are on a call, talking to someone and another call comes in, how do you answer the second call without losing the first caller? Thanks.

In my 3 phone testing, answering the 2nd call placed the 1st call on hold. It seemed like the 1st call was just dropped when I ended the 2nd call but the 1st reconnected.
