Any battery covers that are of a different material?

The stock battery door is pretty slick and I'm prone to dropping the phone inadvertantly. I'm using a gel-silicone case, but I love how thin the phone is and would like to be rid of that case if I can get a battery door that's roughly that same material, or something grippy in general.

I use the zagg sheild to relieve this problem

Never been a fan of those plastic stickons (InvisibleShield, Zagg, etc)
