Any free WAV players and tif viewers?

I have a Motorola Droid and need a free wav player (for office voicemails) and a tif viewer (for faxes). I see there is remote wave (a wav player) that $2 but I will be needing this for the 30 phones in my office and dont want to pay another $60 for all the phones. I also need a tif viewer to view my faxes. I cant believe the android os dosent have these capabilities built in.
