Any suggestions for a headset?

I love my Maxx but it's getting quite annoying to always take it out of my pocket to change volume or song. Can you guys suggest me a nice headset with buttons for music and answering calls that works well with the Razr Maxx? Thank you

The Motorola S9-HD does what you want but be careful charging as the micro USB isn't the best. It pairs easily, controls volume, can change songs up or down by one and can answer or place calls using voice commands. By the way, I use Power amp Pro.
