Any way to add Japanese Language (not just keyboard) to X?

Hello everyone.
Been searching a while for this and can't seem to find an answer.

Is there any way to add Japanese Language to the DroidX (you know, like when go into setting and you can change language you have the option of English or Spanish... I want to add Japanese to the list).

I have a Japanese Keyboard installed (OpenWNN Plus) but am looking for a complete language change.

Any ideas??

Since the device is not a world phone, that might not be an option.
