Any way to set power profiles?

On my DX I could set the 3g to go off late at night and turn back on early in the morning, but I don't see any way to set these type of profiles on the nexus.

Anyone see something I don't?

I am also trying to find a good app for this. I remember one that shut down data during scheduled hours, but I only found timeriffic for now. I'm not even sure it works...
