It's basically an announcement of the new version of Flash Player 10.1 and it's availability now for mobile devices as well as a new version of Adobe Air for flashy (no pun intended) Desktop apps and a new version of Flash Builder their IDE. It all is really only useful or of interest to developers of Flash and Air desktop applications.
