Anyone else not getting every text?

I'm not posting this on the google.code page (yet), since I'm trying to see if I'm alone or not right now.

I recently added a new contact (yes, I have one friend now :)) and I've been getting maybe 60% of their texts. I've looked at their sent messages and only ~6 of 10 have made their way to my phone. It's only happening with this one person and I can't figure out why (my phone wasn't off when they sent some of them, so it's not that, and all the messages appear successfully sent on their device.)

Is anyone else having this problem, or is it just me?

FWIW - yes, I did a clean wipe x3 before installing the newest version (6.4) and no, I didn't restore any messaging app or data w/ Titanium. Haven't tried to revert to an older version and ask them to send me a bunch of texts though. I did flash to LFY and so far I've gotten all texts from this person.

Anyone else or am I special again?

I always get a notification that my phones text messages memory are full and i cannot receive any until i delete them when i already deleted them all it always happens gets really annoying.

I've had a couple of ppl tell me they text me but I never recieved them. other times, i get a text but when I unlock my phone, and go to the messaging app, the text just seems to disappear. I also wiped 3x when installing. I havnt had the 2nd issue anymore lately but i still dont get texts every now and then...or i get them hours later.

I had this if you use a sig check to make sure your not using any characters normal non SMS phones have I had that problem I use to have this as my sig. °^° and most my friends would get screwed up texts along as me

I was having this problem on SS 4.8 running a 1.0Ghz kernel oc'd to 1.0Ghz and people on Sprint were having trouble getting my texts. Sprint only. I dial'd back the processor to 800mhz and the texts started flying out.

Tl;dr version:

Maybe it's your kernel and it won't send out @ ur current frequency. Maybe my issue was just a coincidence, maybe not. Could be a carrier side problem.
