Anyone have the "Ringing Alarm" alarm tone?

I had this on my OG Droid using Gentle Alarm and lost it somehow. I was wanting to transfer it over to my Galaxy Nexus. Was a great alarm! Loud and each ring was pretty long. Anyone have this alarm still and could upload it or something? Would be greatly appreciated. Hope someone even knows which one I'm talking about lol

If you bought it (or downloaded it) on the market, just sign in with the same account on the GN and it'll be in the my apps list.

Hey, thanks for the link. Unfortunately, I didn't see it in there :(
Now I have no idea where I got that sucker from lol.

to get the sounds from the app you would have to have the .apk on your computer.. then you could rename the file extension from .apk to .zip >> then unzip the newly renamed .zip file and search folders for sounds..

I would do if for you but that's a paid app so I am not going to buy it just to find sounds :)

if you bought the app at one time and it's not showing up on your phone try going to the market website on your computer you can push apps to your phone from there sometimes..

You don't have to rename the extension from .apk to .zip. I have 7zip and it will extract .apk files just fine.:happy3:

No, not looking for the app or the apk. Already have them. I'm looking for an alarm tone I used to have, I just can't remember where I got it. Maybe it was in one of the custom roms, heck, I don't know lol. I just remember it was called "Ringing Alarm". Kinda sounded like a school bell...but right next to my ear haha.

Do you still have your OG?

What he's asking for is just a media file included on most motorola phones. I happened to have the Droid 3 media dump on my computer, so I've attached a zip of all the alarms. The one you're interested in is "Alarm_Classic.ogg". Put it in System/media/alarms (or sdcard/media/alarms if you're not rooted) and you should be good to go.

Hey, that's it! Thanks a million man. Same to the other gentleman that shared his file, as it also had the one I was looking for. I was just looking for it under a different name lol. *facepalm*

Thanks again everybody!
