Anyone using the Amazon MP3 app?

I recently found out the amazon mp3 store had many $5 albums for sale of new and old artist. Its extremely easy to download to your phone and of course you can transfer the songs to a computer.

It would be even cooler if amazon made a some sort of an amazon digital store for movies, tv shows and of course books.

I used it when I was out of town and wanted to download some music. I have a fairly extensive iTunes library that I have since converted over and now I just sync some of it to my Droid to listen to.

Actually what I thought would be interesting is if Google would acquire the Amazon MP3 store, and turn it into a massive project integrated with the 'cloud'. Google could take on the entire gamut of tech companies by doing that.

Actually they do. But not for the Droid. You can stream from Amazon through your computer or a TiVo. Don't think they have anything fir the iPhones but maybe someday for the Droid?

I purchase all my music from Amazon through my Mac and then if I want I move it to my Droid. Amazon rocks.

ya I knew they had those services I would like them to include it to phones. Someone has to challenge itunes.
