Anyone waiting for 4.0.3?

I am wondering when this is going to go to a live update. It doesn't seem worth rooting if I will have to redo my home screens etc. after 4.0.3 is available. It will be interesting to see if 4.0.3 un-roots the phone, too.

I wouldnt say I'm waiting for the update necessarily, but I'm waiting to root. Normally I root a phone as soon as I get it. But with the nexus and ICS being so new, I kind of want to give stock a try for a bit and just see how it is. I feel like I'll have a better feel for the improvements when I actually do root it and start modding.

coudnt tell ya dude. i literally flashed the rom, found out i couldnt get my buttons, that recovered back. but as we speak im flashing again because i want to give it another chance if the battery is better or maybe the signal got better.

Is the 4.0.3 an update.zip type update or are you suggesting to flash a ROM that is based off 4.0.3

you have to wipe data, cache, dalvik when when applying zip from CWM. you dont need a rom based off 4.0.3, but it does need to be deodexed, and the stock(atleats the only good loking one i found) isnt. i have been using Android Revolution. People also have been prasing MoDaCo but but signal was really bad with his.
