Anyway to backup home screen layout and folders while flashing roms?

Making new folders when I flash a new rom is a pain, any suggestions?

Not sure what you mean by "making new folders". On your "sdcard"?

As far as backing up home screen layout, the only way I know is to take a screen shot of each screen (which, I know, isn't technically a backup), or to install a homescreen replacement app (like Go Launcher or others on the market). Since it's an app, it gets backed up with Titanium and restores all screens to their backed up state.
