Apex RC2 and Bluetooth MAP

Switched over to Apex RC2 fairly recently and it seems to be running fine. The only problem I have is that my Ford Mustang (with SYNC) is now telling me that text messaging is "Unsupported" on my DX. I didn't have this problem before, but I haven't really tried to read or send texts since Froyo. Is this issue something specific to this ROM or is this a shortfall of GB?

I was looking around online and it looks like this loss of functionality is relared to a change in the Bluetooth MAP. Any assistance with this problem is greatly appreciated.

Reloading back every single removed Blur app didn't fix the problem. Before that I had tried to restore EmailService, Conversations, and Messaging. That gave me back motobluetoothdun (which someone suggested would fix the problem). Not the case. Looks like it's something in the ROM or in a Blur app I didn't get working correctly.
