App Drawer Hesitation/Stuttering

I seem to be the only one that's experienced this, but I figured I'd ask around anyway. Has anyone had any issue with the app drawer having a very noticeable stutter when switching between screens? It only does it the first time through, then if you go back to the first page of apps and scroll through again, it's smooth. Kind of strange. I wiped the phone to see if an app was causing it, but it still did it with no apps installed. Anyone?

Nope, haven't put my down for 3 days and the only hiccups I've seen was with 3rd party apps.
