App for increasing ringer volume

Does anyone know if there is a reliable app that will increase my ringer volume (from vibrate) when I miss a a certain # of calls within a few minutes? i.e. when I get urgents calls....

I found one, but only works when the phone is on silent. I usually miss calls when I forget it is on vibrate (while at work).

Not that I know of.

There might be an app to assign ringer volume to a certain contact though. I recall reading an app similar to it, just don't know it off the top of my head.
