app for police reports

hello. im kind of new to the android & app system. can someone please tell me if theres an app to find local police reports that are not in the newspaper or online? such as traffic stops? there was a school bus pulled over in front of my house pulled over then another police car showed up. i want to be nosey and find out why. please help

Far as I know it's not possible if the report in question isn't already posted online somewhere, since you would basically need access to the police dep't system.

you can get that police scanner app....is that what you are looking for?
