App highlighted after exiting messenger

So I noticed today after sending a text and hitting the home button to get back to the home screen, my email app was highlighted as if I was pressing it. It goes away as soon as I press or tap anything and doesn't appear to be a real issue just an oddity. Has anyone else had something like this happen? Should there be any cause for concern?
