App icons enlarged

My app icons and now some widgets and many other icons on the launcher are somewhat larger and on the homescreen off location making labels cut in half...
Anyone have an idea how to fix this?

are you rooted? did you mess with the lcd density

Yes i am rooted and i attempted to change the lcd density using the droid overclock app by Jrummy. It constantly only says "Processing..." so i didn't think that it did change it..

yes that was your issue. download lcd density changer in the marketplace and set it back to stock which is 240
