App icons not working properly

Rooted my phone. Now quite a few of my apps not showing their icons on any of the 5 screens,just some generic icon. Anyone have an idea whats up?

Just delete the ICON and re-install it. Happened many times to me when I was flashing ROMs on my Droid over the past two years. Sometimes the OS doesn't recognize the icon/app link properly.
