App like FDN (Fixed Dialing Numbers)

Looking for an app that works like FDS. Trying to restrict only certain numbers to go out or come in. Harder then I thought, I only found some parental guidance apps but didn't do the trick. Completely stopped dialing all together.

Have you looked at aFirewall call and sms blocker? It sounds like it may be what you seek and it's free so it won't cost anything if it isn't right for your need.
