App Market account

Does changing your name on your gmail account also change the name shown on the app market when you post a comment? I'm not too fond of putting my government out there..and also, I've ready that you can't change your primary account unless you do a factory reset..If I do, does this mean that all apps purchased on the app market, will NOT be available for me under a new gmail account?

Not that I would imagine? Whatever account that all your apps are under would be the only account they're under.....why would they be under another account?

Don't know..I figured there was probably another way to get them back, since I'd be using the same credit card information? oh well. .
