Non Root users. Have you felt spite and anger towards your rooted friends because you developed a deep seated jealousy for their modded out Roms? Well resent no longer! You too can feel the enjoyment of a custom Toggle menu in your pull down notification menu. The toggles are fully customizable. You can choose which ones show up and which ones don't. You can also choose which color they will be. This mod is very useful.
Note: The current version is supported for honeycomb and ice cream sandwich only. Great for Galaxy Nexus users!

Although I cannot locate any way to DL or install this app, the advantage would appear that it would be persistent notification in your notification bar, and not have to jump to a homescreen widget to toggle.
