If you mean turning your Droid into a wifi hotspot, the only way to do so is to root your Droid.

i rooted it but i didn't flash it or install 2.1 but i did install wireless tether but its not working right

then all you need is a custom kernel thats it

Here is the kernel I use. It allows for overclocking and wifi tethering. Be careful, some kernels only work with certain ROMs. This one is designed for 2.1 ROMS with the ESE53 build. Just rename it to update.zip, boot into recovery and install it.
