App that reads emails and sms messages

Can anyone recommend a good app (paid or free) that will read out emails and sms messages especially when I a using a BT headset?

I've used Enhanced SMS and caller id, it works well and is pretty configurable. I don't remember what it cost.

I used to use Drivesafe.ly. At some point it stopped working for me. Was fine on my blackberry, I think it failed to work on my driod4. I just updated to JB last night. Gonna give it another try. My update went fine with stock unrooted ISC. Phone seems snapier and no keyboard problems noticed so far.
