App that requires password to uninstall apps?

Is there an app that prevents the uninstalling of apps without a password? I don't know why but I've really become protective of my phone, and I currently have 7 security applications. I'm also kinda testing which app is the best as far as security goes, like which one will actually find harmful applications. Anyways, is there an app or is it possible to prevent the uninstalling of apps?
