App to automate call forwarding?

I work in a building where the cell phone signal is very poor, so I typically forward my phone every day while I"m there. However it gets tedious to forward and unforward at the same times every day (I forward when I go in, unforward at lunch, re-forward, etc...). Is there any app available that could automate this process by time? For example every day at 7am it forwards my phone, then unforwards it at 4pm. Currently I use an app that changes my ringtones, notifications, etc during these times so it would be great if I could automate the last step.
