My goal is to be able to hook up my phone (via usb or airwaves) to my computer and be able to display what my phone is showing on my computer screen. Kind of like a reverse PhoneMyPC with the exception that I don't need to do it OTA. USB would be fine.I'm not worried about being able to control it via the mouse or anything.

Might be developer tools to do this? I was curious myself but never went thru with it.

Also, I was interested in, sor of the same thing but very different... having the droid screen on a tv or somehting, like a video-out. However I think its hardware is capable, but not wired to do this (from what I have read).

The HK Moto site advertisement for the Milestone actually says it has HDMI out ??

The phone screen on PC is an app I used to use on my Nokia E90 handy for file maintenance.

I'd like to see a droid version of Soti Pocket Controller. one of the things I miss about my WinMo phone. Last I knew there were no plans on it.

Do a quick Google search for ScreenCast or DroidEX and you'll find some usful SDK tools for viewing your Droid's screen on your computer via USB.

Android screencast is awesome. I got it working last night on my laptop. Video records as a .mov

Sent from my Droid using DroidForums App
