App tray moved to the side?

Hey guys, so I woke up this morning and the 3 icons in my phone(app tray, contacts, dialer) all moved to the side?
And when I go in the app tray the apps all look cluttered up, whats up with that?

How do I change this?
Im trying to get a pic of this as we speak so Its easier to describe.

reboot fixed it... weird though huh?

Looks like the universal reboot fix for windows has moved into the android realm.
