App Update Errors After JB OTA

Ever since updating to JB, some (not all) of my apps won't update. I get a networ error message. I even uninstalled and then try to install a fresh copy and that won't even install: nada!

Background: after the update I did use Titanium to install the apps....just the apps and nothing else.

Furthermore, I retained root after the JB OTA and I have both CM10.1 and Liquid Smooth Roms installed and used the same TI backup. Apps WILL update on the Rom's but not on stock.

I fixed permissions as well.

I even downloaded and installed the new Google Play update released today and still no go.
Puzzled...

After the update I have several issues that are driving me nuts.

Missing texts messages
Sleep Mode gone
Auto space with browser not working
Gallery pics all disorganized
Phone and People apps not organized. Many duplicates and "(no name)" entries
Speed dial settings gone
Emergency contacts gone
Contact icons missing


Just to name a few.
