Does anyone know of a app tht can turn ur phone on an off at a set time automatically like the bb storm has so I wont have to turn it on an off

Nope, there's no method to turn the phone on and off automatically (mostly because when the phone's off it is really OFF). Why are you wanting to turn it off? There are profile apps (Locale/Tasker/Timerriffic/Settings Profiles/etc) that will let you mute the phone on schedules and even put it into airplane mode or all sorts of things.
