Apparently, I need help

Unlocked and rooted with wugs toolkit. I have Rom Manager premium and while trying to flash roms, I am constantly stuck with the animation screen. Can't seem to get past that.

Yes I have wiped and done everything I believe I am supposed to, but still stuck on animation.

Any help would be appreciated.
