Appinventor detected as trojan / malware?

I ran a scan of Malware Bytes earlier, and it detected c:\program files (x86)\appinventor\commands-for-appinventor\mksdcard.exe as a trojan / malware infection.

Has anyone else seen or heard of this? Kinda makes me want to fix it and uninstall appinventor.
