I’m such a noob! How do you leave comments regarding an application at the Market? I don’t see an option other than send email to developer.

Ive always just commented in the market. When your in the page of an app that you've downloaded, go to the very top of the page, where it says rate the app, rate it first, and then it'll have a place to comment right underneath the rating stars

Just need to make sure you have downloaded it or you can't make comments. Also, do not try to open a theme without installing the home replacements app first. It is actually pathetic how many 1 star ratings there are for themes say it was crap and didn't open. If people only read the info first. Makes me wonder if there should not be regulation requiring people to take a basic competence test before buying a smart phone.
To the OP....this was not aimed at you LMAO.... just the people that leave stupid comments in the market.
