Applications Screen Slow

Just starting to notice a new problem on Droid. When I bring up the apps icons from the home screen (the program list) the window opens but not to the "top of the screen". Also, it appears to open erratically or "slowly". Anyone else having this problem?

I've been noticing the same thing. My phone is significantly slower than when I brought it home a week ago. I also get lag when entering or deleting text quickly - exactly the same as on a really slow PC.

All I can think of is that it has something to do w/ the apps I've downloaded (probably around 15 total).
