Apps don't appear in Market download list after backup

I just noticed that the apps that I installed from the Market on a previous version of MIUI that I backed up using MIUI backup show up as not installed in the Market. I went to the download section to see I had any updates and only the apps that I bought show up, but they're shown as not installed.

I was wondering if there was a way to fix this, besides having to redownloading all the apps; or was it just a known issue with MIUI backup.

Both titanium backup and j rummys root tools have a fix marketlink option. So does links 2 sd
