I recieved a replacement DX2. Is there a way to get my apps that was on my previous DX2? They were all free apps and my DX2 was not rooted.

I use appbrain for that. It will sync all your apps from the old phone and then you can copy the list over to the new phone. Appbrain is on the market and has a website at appbrain.com. When you activate the new phone, install appbrain and log in then copy all the apps from the old phone profile to the new one. The appbrain site has help to tell you how to do it.

go to android market from your computer then log in.
after logging in, click my market account. it's on the top right corner.
then you will be able to see all the apps you've downloaded (free and paid)
scroll through and see what you want to redownload and click each apps.
then click installed for re-install.
