After removing NovaLauncher per emailed instructions, we get these two screens. We didn’t knowingly make everything inaccessible. How can we fix this?

Let's start with what phone as that will help us better understand the situation.

Your phone should have reverted back to the stock s launcher. Go into settings, apps, and find s home and make it the default browser.

If that don't work maybe a fdr.

You not running any custom roms or are rooted are you?

We see the following under S:

S Voice
Samsung Connect
Samsung Gear—disabled
Samsung Health—disabled
Samsung Print Ser...
Samsung Push Ser...
Samsung +—disabled

We have Package Disabler, which is why several of the above apps are disabled.

Removing Package Disabler didn’t change the situation at all.

you did not answer a previous question and it is very important to know. one thing you can try is deleting the cache partition.
  1. Turn off the device.
  2. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Home key, then press and hold the Power key.
  3. When the device logo screen displays, release only the Power key.
  4. When the Android logo displays, release all keys ('Installing system update' will show for about 30 - 60 seconds before showing the Android system recovery menu options).
  5. Press the Volume down key several times key to highlight 'wipe cache partition'.
  6. Press the Power key to select.
  7. Press the Volume down key to highlight 'yes' an press the Power key to select.
  8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, 'Reboot system now' is highlighted.
  9. Press the Power key to restart the device.

I answered your questions. Please see the two posts before your instructions for deleting the cache.
Trying that now.

^what he said.
But you should have seen s home unless you used package installer to remove or disable it. If that's the case then the reason you are having this issue is because you have no launcher.

So either restore TouchWiz launcher or get another launcher (ie Google or Nova).

How can we do this? We gave you the list of apps we see, and we cannot open anything unless we get a call or other notification.

Again, we have a Samsung Galaxy S7. Does the innate launcher have a different name?

Samsung has been using the stock touchwiz launcher since the s2 (actually before). So you should have the stock launcher. It can be found in settings, app manager (or manage apps). It's there unless you removed it it was there from stock. Now if it was removed you either will need to restore it or do a factory reset.
