Apps missing from market

So I used TB to restore apps from flasing to UD 3.3. However now when I open my list of apps from the market some say "purchased" or give me the option to install. I have the backup apps with google option that I use. It's not really a big deal I'm just wondering why it does that and if I need to reinstall the missing market apps to receive updates.
