apps not to disable

Has anyone disabled any apps that caused problems? Any to avoid messing with? Obviously I'm not gonna start shutting down android os and stuff, but i was just wondering other peoples experiences. So far I've disabled almost all the verizon apps, and a few others.

As they mentioned in those forums yahoo isn't safe to mess with. This kind of destroys credibility for me.

Yeah i noticed that. At least freezing them isn't irreversible
