Apps wont update or download

I have a rooted x with z4root and whenever I try to update some apps I get an error message saying couldn't install on usb storage or sd card. Any help?

Did you FDR after any sort of OTA installed? I noticed the same thing after the last update. I also want to root my phone again, since I haven't enjoyed it since before GB. Do you have any clue if there's a z4root option for GB?
